ـ نقض حق زندگی (اعدام‌ها) و اعدام متهمان نوجوان؛
ـ تداوم اجرای اعدام به اتهام ارتکاب جرایم پیش از ۱۸ سالگی بدون محاکمه‌ی عادلانه و اعدام دست‌کم ۴ تن به اتهام ارتکاب جرم پیش از رسیدن به ۱۸ سالگی، در نیمه‌ی نخست سال ۲۰۱۸؛
ـ ادامه ی شکنجه‌ی زندانیان و دیگر رفتارها و مجازات های بی‌رحمانه، غیرانسانی و تحقیرآمیز همچون شلاق و قطع عضو؛
ـ سر باز زدن جمهوری اسلامی از پذیرش ۲۰ توصیه‌ی جامعه‌ی بین‌المللی درباره‌ی مقابله با شکنجه و سایر شکل های بدرفتاری؛
ـ عدم دسترسی مناسب زندانیان به امکانات پزشکی و درمانی؛
ـ بازداشت غیرقانونی معترضان و اتهام مفسد فی‌الارض و محاربه به آنها، دسترسی نداشتن آنها به وکیل مدافع؛
ـ مرگ زندانیان در زمان بازداشت؛
ـ نقض حقوق اولیه‌ی آزادی بیان، عقیده و گردهمایی؛
ـ نقض حقوق ن و بیان موارد مختلف آن از جمله در زمینه های احوال شخصی، نبود حقوق برابر در ازدواج، طلاق، حضانت کودک و ارث؛
ـ نقض نظام‌مندِ حقوق جوامع قومی و اقلیت های دینی از جمله بهاییان، مسیحیان ، بلوچ ها، کُردها، ترک های آذربایجانی، جامعه‌ی یارسان و دراویش گنابادی؛
ـ محدودیت موقت دسترسی شهروندان به پیام رسان تلگرام و سپس مسدود شدن دائمی آن با حکم قضایی؛
ـ ممنوعیت دیگر شبکه های اجتماعی مثل فیس‌بوک، اینستاگرام و یوتیوب.

Systematic violations of the rights of ethnic societies and religious minorities, including Baha'is, Christians, Baluchis, Kurds, Azerbaijani Turks, Yasan Sins and Gonabadi Dervishes;
The temporary restriction of citizens' access to the telegram and then its permanent blocking with a judicial order;
